נושאי הקורס

הקורס יעסוק בפסיכולוגיה־הפוליטית כתחום אינטרדיסציפלינרי אשר מתחקה אחר תופעות חברתיות משמעותיות,
מסביר ומפרש אותן.

מטרות הקורס

במהלך הקורס נעסוק, בין השאר, בהטיות של חברה ומנהיגים בקבלת החלטות; בתיאוריות של יחסים בין קבוצות;
בתופעות כמו קונפורמיות, לחץ חברתי, סטריאוטיפים וגזענות; נבחן כיצד מתגבשות עמדות פוליטיות וכיצד נבנים
קמפיינים חברתיים־פוליטיים לשינוי עמדות והתנהגות; נבדוק מה גורם לקונפליקט בין קבוצות וכיצד הפסיכולוגיה
הפוליטית יכולה לתרום לסיום סכסוכים. כדי לברר סוגיות אלו, ורבות אחרות, הקורס ינוע בין הסברים תיאורטיים
לבין דוגמאות קונקרטיות להמחשתם.

מבנה ציון הקורס

סטודנטים נדרשים להגיע לשיעורים ולקרוא את חומר הקריאה. השיעורים יועברו במתכונת של הרצאות פרונטאליות.
ציון הקורס ייקבע על־סמך עבודת בית בה הסטודנטים יישמו את החומר הנלמד בכיתה.
